Cameron Mathison and Edyta Sliwinska

Cameron Mathison is best known for his role on All My Children. He plays Ryan Lavery and intelligent, slick-talking lady’s man. He’s become one of the most popular characters on the show winning him the Soap Opera Digest Award for Outstanding Male Newcomer in 1999 and the Daytime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actor in 2002 and 2005. In 2000, he was named by People’s Magazine as one of America’s 100 Most Eligible Bachelors. In 2002, he temporary exited his All My Children roll and briefly had roles on CSI and The Drew Carey Show. He is also hosting the reality show I want to be a Soapstar.

His partner Edyta Sliwinska’s speciality is Latin. She’s Polish and is based in Los Angeles, CA and is currently not competiting due to her involvement with Dancing with the Stars. In season 1, she was partnered with boxer, Evander Holyfield. They came in 5th. In season 2, she was partnered with George Hamilton and came in 5th again. Joey Lawrence was her partner in season 3 and they came in 3rd. Partnered with John Ratzenberger in season 4, they came in 6th place. Edyta is the only professional dancer to appear in all 5 seasons of Dancing with the Stars.
