Julianne Hough on Entertainment Tonight

Yep, the cameras just can’t leave Julianne Hough alone. Only this time she isn’t dancing - she’s singing. The ET cameras followed her around as she recorded her album in Nashville under the Mercury label.

“I have written some songs, but I am not sure how many of them will make the album,” the 19-year-old beauty tells ET. “I have always wanted to write, and never knew how to start …or finish for that matter. I have been writing with my sister. She lives here in Nashville. We might have one or two on the album, but a lot on the next one.”

I guess you can say the Hough clan is much like the Osmond clan only more beautiful and less annoying. Of course that is my own opinion - take it or leave it. LOL! Julianne’s sister is always working on the album writing songs and Julianne’s brother, Derek - also a DWTS professional dancer paired up with Jennie Garth - will be singing backup on the album. Derek Hough is also in a band with Mark Ballas who was paired up with real life girlfriend and Cheetah Girl, Sabrina Bryan.

“There is this one song, ‘Dreaming Under the Same Moon,’ that [producer] DAVID MALLOY and my sister wrote,” Julianne fills us in. “My brother Derek is going to be singing on one of the tracks. He is actually going to be singing a whole verse!”

When asked what she will do when she hears her song on the radio for the first time…Julianne responded with, “I can’t even imagine what I would do because I am crazy,” she admits. “I would probably cause an accident. I would call my family first. I would start crying. I don’t think I would be able to stop smiling.”

Julianne Hough and Helio Castroneves will be appearing this Friday in Indianapolis at Conseco Fieldhouse.  Yours truly will be there - if you see me, say hello! Plan to see lots of pics after the show. I’ll have the scoop.
