Toni Braxton the next B-lister on DWTS!!

The rumor mill is flowing again that Toni Braxton has signed on as the newest pseudo celebrity to appear on DWTS. Braxton is a six time grammy winner and holds the record for the second biggest selling single by a female ever for her ballad “Unbreak My Heart.” Braxton also holds the distinction of being the first African American to play a Disney Princess. She played the role of Belle in “Beauty and the Beast” on Broadway. She’s also famous for an embarrassing bankruptcy incident in the late 90’s….those millions are so hard to keep track of!

Toni Braxton is sure to provide some drama to the season because like many other contestants (Cameron Mathison, Kristi Yamaguchi, and Marie Osmond) she has a minor health issue to complain about in montages. Mrs. Braxton was recently forced to cancel a series of shows in Las Vegas following a health scare where she had to be rushed to the hospital for chest pain. She was diagnosed with pericarditis, which is some sort of inflammation of the fluid around the heart. I guess her own heart is not unbreakable!!
