Actress and singer, Marie Osmond is no stranger to pop culture.  She was co-host on the variety show The Donny & Marie Show. She has co-hosted Ripley’s Believe It or Not and achieved success as a recording artist. She’s a New York Times best selling author and successful entrepreneur with her own line of dolls called the Marie Osmond Collectible Doll line. She also co-founded and co-hosted the Children’s Miracle Network.

American, Jonathan Roberts based in San Jose California specializes in Latin dancing. He started dancing at the age of 20 and is one of the few dancers representing America that was actually born in the US. Coming from a sport background especially in basketball, it was suprising to not only Jonathon, but his family and friends when he discovered a passion for ballroom dancing. Jonathon’s breakthrough came when he watched Scent of a Woman with Al Pacino. The tango scene really struck a chord in him and he realized his passion even further.  His movie ticket has a pass for a free ballroom dance session and the rest is history.

Jonathon, married to Anna Trebunskaya, competed with her for over 6 years. Only dancing together for a short time, they’ve achieved many high placements in competitions all over the world.

In season 1, Jonathon was paried with supermodel Rachel Hunter in which they placed 4th. Season 2, he was partnered with  journalist Giselle Fernandez and they finished in 8th place. In season 4, he was partnered with charity promoter  Heather Mills and they took 7th place.
