Mr. Las Vegas, Wayne Newton is a legend. He’s performed more live shows than anyone has ever attempted in Las Vegas history. Wayne has recorded and released 165 albums and his been mentored by such greats as Lucille Ball, Jackie Gleason, Bobby Darin,  Frank Sinatra and Jack Benny. He has his star on the Hollywood walk of fame and was bestowed the first star on the Las Vegas Walk of Fame.

Amercian, Cheryl Burke is based in New York. She currently is not competing professionally. She grew up in San Francisco and came from a family who all loved to dance. At 4, she started taking ballet lessons performing in San Francisco until the age of ten.  At that time, she figured out that “ballroom wasn’t just for old people” and shifted her focus to ballroom and latin dance. At 13, Cheryl was traveling and competing all over the world.

She is the only 2-time winner of Dancing with the Stars. In season 2, she was partnered with Drew Lachey. In season 3, she was partnered with football great Emmitt Smith. In season 4, partnered with Beverly Hills 90210 alum, Ian Ziering. They came in 4th.
